As a Project Manager in Institute of Network and IT Technology, China Mobile Research Institute, Chen is responsible for the product research and development of OpenSigma, a general platform for edge computing in China Mobile, and the promotion and cooperation of the company in the open source community of edge computing. Chen is currently a member of LF Edge Akraino Technical Committee and Chairman of Edge Gallery User Scenario Group. Chen worked in Beijing R&D Center of France Telecom, and was responsible for projects related to Internet of Things, cloud computing and edge computing.
