Currently CEO of OceanBase of Ant Group, is in charge of the related work of OceanBase, an enterprise-level distributed relational database. Yang Bing joined Alipay in 2009. He is the core member and technical leader of the middleware team of Ant Group, and one of the core contributors to the independent R&D projects of Ant Group. He has led and participated in the implementation of previous Double Eleven technical transformations. He is also the founder of Ant Group's financial-grade cloud native platform. He was responsible for R&D and evolution of financial-grade distributed middleware platforms such as micro-services, data, messages, application containers and development frameworks, and promoted and led the implementation of Ant Group's comprehensive openness strategy of financial technology. At present, Yang Bing leads the OceanBase team to focus on technology-driven innovation and provide high-availability, high-performance, low-cost and scalable enterprise-level database services for global enterprise customers.
